Check Out: 12:00 pm

Tax Rates: 13 % I.V.A (sales government taxes)

Bookings: All bookings must be paid in full by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Upon Check In photo ID will be required to prevent credit card fraud.

Guarantee: We kindly ask that a major credit card be presented upon booking to guarantee your reservation.

Deposits: Must be received at the hotel 14 days prior to arrival. Mail the deposit, referencing your confirmation number on the check.

Pets: Service Animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.

Children: Children (under seven) are welcome to stay in a room with an adult at no additional charge.

Children up seven years pay same as an adult.

Parking: Self-Parking at the resort is free per day.

Transportation: Unfortunately, we do not have a resort shuttle to and from the Alajuela International Airport. We do however recommend the following companies.
